Once we have received and acknowledged your RFQ (Request for Quote) our aim is always to return a quote to you within 24hours at the latest offering best price and delivery options.
Sourcing and Supply
Since 1987 Embassy has established great relationships with suppliers worldwide through channels such as OEM with excess stock, franchised distribution, catalogue companies and also broker sales in particular for obsolete product. The benefits of the trustworthy relationships built up with suppliers over years is passed directly onto our customers who receive a quality fast service and product when required. We are an ISO 9001-2015 NSAI approved company.
Kitting
Our speciality is our kitting service and Bill of Materials managements. The full B.O.M. including all components and machined/fabricated parts are kitted together for assembly purposes. The benefits to the customer are as follows:
- One supplier, one order, one invoice.
- No assembly production delays
- Each component accurately labelled to ease assembly
- No MOQ’s (Minimum Order Quantities) on individual line items.
- Re-Reeling of components, allowing for low volume machine assembly with reduced wastage
- Where required components are packaged to MSL specifications.
- The complete kit delivered to any designated assembly point.
Assembly
For PCB requirement our service begins at design & Layout stages with the Engineer to ensure the best specification, cost effective and readily available components are used. Each B.O.M. is customised into our system to ensure continuity of supply and ongoing monitoring to reduce costs as and when new products are marketed. Our portfolio now provides a full turnkey service from PCB design to complete board assembly and test and in partnership with EMS Components Assembly, Inc. (EMS-CAI) www.emscai.com we have opened a new facility in Laguna Technopark, Biñan, Laguna Philippines.
Stocking
We now physically stock and maintain over 40,000 line items at our offices in Limerick Ireland in addition to many more line items held by our suppliers worldwide. Stock items can be delivered next day to any location within Ireland or picked up same day by courier for International delivery.
Our computerised stock system has been detailed and built up over many years and contains highly valuable technical information enabling us to recognise and identify parts numbers on Bom’s (Bill of materials). Obsolete part numbers, old non- RoHS And incomplete part numbers can easily be identified and quoted.
All of our stock is packaged and stored in an antistatic environment and shipped to make sure the product arrives to the customer in the best possible condition.
We offer the facility of purchasing in bulk and storing your bonded stock which is then readily available to meet a shortfall in production and to provide a fast kitting turnaround for future orders.
Global Delivery & Tracking
All major courier companies and delivery options are available. We can ship via Embassy or customers account. We also offer the service of same day delivery to assembly houses where parts are needed urgently to avoid ‘down time’ or vital test Equiptment needing immediate servicing or parts.
